What did you get out of the Youth Inspire ‘Licence to Work’ programme?

Got the motivation to be in the workforce once again. Plus a First Aid cert to and that was cool.

What challenges did you face?

Meeting new people at first, but because I had seem to be the loudest in the class I made sure everyone was alright when I was at course.

Why do you like working for Powder Coating Services & Metal Arts?

Really for the experience and to try something new and out of my league, which came with its pros and cons. Learning every day and gaining more knowledge is a plus for me. 

What advice do you have for other young people who aren’t sure what they want to do? 

Honestly give it your best shot and try something new every day! You might not know when you need that bit of knowledge to be good to use.
