We are proud to present the third volume of our Whakarongo ki te Reo Mātātahi book series, which we officially launched on Dec 3rd at the gorgeous Te Pae o Kura in west Auckland!
This volume features stories and artwork by young writers and artists from Kelston Intermediate and Rangeview Intermediate. The stories cover a range of topics from housing challenges and the digital divide to the benefits of healthy food, exercise and gaining qualifications.
At the book launch, guests had the change to mingle with the book's creators and ask questions about their work. It was an inspiring morning filled with creativity and connection. Check out the book launch highlights reel below and download a free copy of the book today!
Youth Voices is all about amplifying the voices of our young Aucklanders. They are the leaders of today and the architects of tomorrow, and Te Hononga Akoranga COMET stands alongside them as they begin to explore the issues they see and experience around them.
