The COMET STEM team is incredibly excited to be growing our participatory science programme in west Auckland, called WeSTEM.
This started as a small pilot with five projects in 2021. Supported by funding from the Ministry of Pacific Peoples’s Toloa fund, we can now expand the programme to run even more projects in 2022.
Funding of up to $10,000 is available for STEM research and innovation projects that have a special focus on engagement with, and creating outcomes for, Pacific communities in west Auckland.
